Time goes by quickly and it seems our memories are not always as accurate as we think they are. What results (for some of us ... (Tom)) is the thought and wonder of "what have we been doing with ourselves?" Well, the answer to that question is this page. A summary of projects which we set out to do and completed. Some big, some small, but all COMPLETED! :-)

• 2008 - Replacement of facia boards and gutters
• 2008 - New exterior light fixtures and new lamp post
• 2008 - Painting of front and ends of the house
• 2008 - Pool and side yard landscaping
• 2008 - Solar heater for pool
• 2007 - Replacement Windows
• 2007 - New patio door
• 2007 - Pool Installation
• 2007 - Upgraged electrical service to 200 amp
• 2007 - Completed the deck (started in 2006)
• 2006 - Re-roofed the house/garage
• 2005 - Added additional insulation to the attic
• 2005 - Added a turnaround
• 2005 - Cleared out 12 large trees from side yard
• 2003 - Created front garden
• 2002 - Replaced septic system w/4 BR system
• 2002 - Re-roofed shed (thank you Erik)
• 2002 - Installed gas fireplace (and ran propane to grill)
• 2002 - Installed ductless split central AC

As time moves on, these items will have pages to go with them showing some of the progress, before and after pictures, etc. For or now though, this will have to do.
